Sugar Board Activities Conducted at Langsa Hill School, L/Sheanghah, Mon: Nagaland

Langsa Hill School conducted Sugar Board activities to create awareness about the contents of sugar and its harmful effects on health. A short seminar was organized where teachers explained the impact of excessive sugar consumption and encouraged students to make healthier dietary choices.
The program helped students understand the importance of balanced nutrition and mindful eating habits for maintaining good health and well-being.
